A Journey of Service: Meet the Owner, Vernon Conaway
My life has been defined by a deep-rooted commitment to service. After a 22-year career in the United States Air Force followed by 11 years in leadership and safety roles at Amazon, I learned that excellence is built on integrity, discipline, and a focus on people.
However, my most fulfilling mission began at home. For the last two years, I have had the privilege of helping provide care to a close family member who has Alzheimer’s. This personal journey opened my eyes to the incredible fulfillment found in helping those in need and the critical gap in high-quality, reliable care within our community.
